Hotel Eden Opera - Paris

Couldn't fault it for a weekend stay, clean enough. Staff were lovely and helpful. In a great location very close to Pigalle metro. Only a 10-minute walk brings you to Montmartre, fine.

a decent place for our holiday, would consider staying here again. the venue is immaculately clean, with nice and perfect location just off many restaurant choices, south pigalle, and eden opera. it has extremely helpful employees.

It was functional, neat and with twin beds.

Stairs required access to the sixth floor, and the shower had a gap in the door, causing water to spill all over the bathroom. Air conditioning controls malfunctioned, reverting settings and impacting comfort, while the limited breakfast options felt overpriced for the value offered.

Breakfast was delicious and the serving girl Pradka was friendly and helpful. Furnishing was comfortable and clean. Our thanks go to the guy who worked at the reception at night. He was a real professional.

Not all the staff at the reception were friendly except the guy who worked at night. We could address only him and he was very helpful.

Really enjoyed my stay! The rooms are chic, and the beds super comfy. Staff like Enzo and Sofie were super helpful with tips around the city. Only downside was a noisy street outside, but overall, a great experience!

I think the location is really good. Shops are just 10 mins walk from hotel. Metro stations are just 5 mins walk from hotel. The Staffs are very nice and helpful.

The room is not very clean. The housekeeping Service is too early. The room is too warm and with no fridge. There is no hot water for a shower. The wifi service is not good enough.

The bed was comfortable. Fine bathroom, although little bit small.Friendly staff. Nice bed. You can bring and left your luggage during other times than that you can stay in your room !Between two metrostations (St George en Pigalle)..

No complaints.Only rooms are little bit noisy.

The room was comfy with air conditioning, a coffee machine, and a nice private bathroom with good toiletries. Loved the soundproofing. Made it easy to sleep.

Best thing about this hotel is its friendly staff. Secondly, it is close to Metro station Pegale. (Originally I planned to stay at another hotel XYZ. However that hotel at the eleventh hour refused to allow us staying in a single room on the grounds that my 2 babies (of 01 year old) had to be counted as 2 persons. That XYZ hotel also refused to cancell my booking. All this happened just 3 hours before my departure flight. At this point I contacted Booked.net via telephone. They came to rescue me. Not only that they negotiated with that XYZ hotel on my behalf, but also booked hotel eden opera for my family. I want to say thanks to the team of Booked.net as they managed a tension free vaccation for my family).

Most of all I liked the friedly attitude of the hotel staff
